85) Sugar Hollow Park > 10-miles/easy - 1:42.39.... Clear - Warmer - @ 63* - Great afternoon for a run. (I guesstimated my distance). I ran a little slower today on some Trails in the park. The trails are not so technical, but are steep in spots. I feel alot better today, and I truely want to give God the praise he deserves for that. ( : "Thank-God." (ARJ/GJHG).... +
