Do You Believe In ANGELS???? I do, and today was no different than any day that I've lived in over 46-years. There truley was a "Heavenly-Angel" watching over me today. Yes God is always with us, but he often sends "Angels" to take care of (His-Chosen-Ones). ( : "Thank-God."

84) Sunday/22 Coomes Rec / Town Run > 3-miles/easy.... 31.05.46.... Partly Cloudy @ 64*. Great evening for a run. I wanted more, but something else was wanting to run more than my legs today, ( : hehe, and after to major bathroom breaks I decided to call it a day. Other than that felt fine.
