76) Saturday/14 > Creeper Trail Run > 6-miles 48.18.23
It was Cool @ 48* and rained the entire run. Still had fun. ( : "Thank-God." +

77) Sunday/15 > Creeper Trail in Damascus, Virginia. ( : "Thank-God." +
.5-miles out/back. My plans were to run out easy and with the slight down hill coming back push the pace and negative split my run. (Everything went well).
.5-miles/44.00.81 > .5-miles/38.07.53 = 10m's/1:22.08.... I felt great on todays run. From start to finish I was ready to run today. + "old" Asics SD Turdo.
