86) Tuesday/24 > Abingdon's High School Track > 5-miles in (42.50.78).... +
WORKOUT: 2m warm-up --- (4 x 400m) faster with (400m Rec.) 1m cool down. +
2-mile warmup > (18.11.47)
1) 400m > (1.40.36)
2) 400m > (1.41.22)
3) 400m > (1.43.55)
4) 400m > (1.41.63)
1-mile cool down > (8.47.34)
....My faster 400's were fairly consistent. Each had a 400 recovery time around 2.11 ---- 2.20, which is very easy. I only want to get my legs moving a little faster at times. I put 5 more miles on my "New" Asics DS Trainers - They Feel fine!
....Weather was Partly Cloudy, a Light Breeze @ 63* - Great evening for a run.
....I felt great the entire run, and felt like I was in control of my 400's. I can tell I'm in better shape. ( : I truely give God praise for a great run today. +
ANDREW - Wanted to ride his bike so I took him with me. He had alot of fun. It's their old track and they let people use it whenever they want to = Very Cool. +
