....29: And Jesus answered him, the first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:

....30: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

....31: And the second is like, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

Inspired Thoughts: As much as God loves us, (Far greater than we could ever love him back) he wants us to love him. How Do We do That? By keeping his commandments = (1 John 5:1, 2, & 3).... +

....We (Roxie & Me) read (Mark 10, 11, & 12). fter that we (Prayed for just over 30-minutes). Hey, we've got to start somewhere, and in the end we will be spending my goal 2-hours with God, Jesus, & the Holy Ghost each day. (Sorta like building up to along run), hehe. ( : BUT TRUE.... +

Day Eight - Sunglasses.... +

....I only ran 1-mile in (9.34.85). From our home to Magic Mart department store, around back and back home. Very good course.

Weather: Partly Cloudy - Hiot/humid - @ 80 degress.

....I felt better today. I only want to run enough to keep my streak alive, and give my ole "Back" another week to heal some more. God is taking care of me, and I trust in the end with God, Jesus, & the Holy Ghost, I will be running strong again in the near future. That with the support of my family Roxie & Andrew, and family & friends everyhere including on line.

Inspired "Running" Thoughts: I'm trying to get used to wearing "Sunglasses". It really helps my eyes when the sun is bright. It didn't used to bother me that much, but it seems to keep me at a real squint when I run. It's almost like running with only 1-eye, lol. ( :

....But I do not like to wear them, just what can I do???? Maybe sooner or later I will get used to them. They look simular to the ones in the picture above, but they are (red) which is my favorite color. Cheap too, which is also a favorite of mine.
